Petrochemicals and Polymers R&D focuses on developing high performance polymers such as optics and functional latex, using various emulsion technology, polymer alloy, and plastics processing technology to create materials for a wide variety of application. Using basic research and own proprietary knowledge it is developing new concept specialty ABS products with flame resistant properties, and transparent ABS, and shock absorbent acrylic and MBS materials.
Also It manufactures products such as PO, PVC, OXO-chemicals, acrylic acids, and esters. In addition, we develop customized products and are securing new-concept processes to improve productivity and product quality. We will continue to strive to become a global leader in new businesses, and in development of high value-added products and technology.
